Director of NOAM Olami and Masorti Olami Projects Coordinator
Ofir Itah-Senderey started as the NOAM Olami Director and Projects Coordinator at Masorti Olami in March 2023. Over the past 15 years, she has held various positions in program development and management for civil society organizations working to reduce socioeconomic gaps in Israel.
Ofir holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a master’s degree in sociology and anthropology from Tel Aviv University and is certified in group facilitation from the David Yellin College of Education.
Ofir is also a graduate of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership. She is Interested in promoting social change and Tikun Olam and she believes that informal education is a vital platform for creating equal and just societies.
Ofir lives with her partner and 2 children in Wahat al Salam - Neve Shalom.
