In a year defined by instability and rising antisemitism, the urgency of our work has only intensified. Throughout 2025, major steps were taken to reinforce the foundations of our global Masorti/Conservative movement and strengthen the communities that rely on it.

This year saw tangible growth across all regions. Masorti AmLat expanded its leadership and deepened its support for communities across Latin America. Masorti Europe advanced its regional strategy and broadened cross-community collaboration. Masorti Ukraine continued to sustain vibrant Jewish life in the midst of war. In Africa, communities invested in leadership development, youth training, and long-term strategic planning. NOAM Olami continued shaping the next generation of leaders through regional seminars, seasonal camps, and online training, while Marom’s programs deepened young adults’ connection to our values and to the global movement.
