Néstor Fabio Engelsberg is Treasurer of the Amijai Community in Buenos Aires, having previously served as Deputy Treasurer. As a member of its executive leadership, he shares responsibility for financial oversight and institutional governance.

He holds bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Social Anthropology and in Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He also studied at the University of Buenos Aires and is a Certified Public Accountant in Argentina. His educational background includes Jewish Studies at the Latin American Rabbinical Seminary and advanced Jewish Studies at Midrasha Rabbi Yehuda Halevi under Rabbi Mordejai Edery.

Engelsberg is a Director of the Argentine Friends of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he leads fundraising initiatives and organizes educational and institutional events. He also represents the university’s Rothberg International School in Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile, building partnerships with local universities, promoting academic programs, and advising prospective students across the region.
