6th Annual International Reading of Megillat Hashoah

This year's event, that took place on Thursday, April 24, 2025, was again co-sponsored by Masorti Olami, the Schechter Institutes, United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, Rabbinical Assembly, and Seminario Rabínico Latinoamericano Marshall T. Meyer.

Megillat Hashoah, the first of its kind and written in modern Hebrew with a mixture of biblical and rabbinic phrases, contains six chapters in memory of the Six Million. Published in five languages (English, French, Hebrew, Spanish, and Ukrainian [chapter #4]), it has been read every year in synagogues, schools and community centers around the world.
