Shoshi Bassan took on the role of NOAM Olami Director and Projects Coordinator at Masorti Olami as Ofir Itah-Senderey's maternity leave replacement in October 2024.

With a background in educational leadership and a passion for bridging diverse communities, Shoshi brings years of experience in program development and Jewish community engagement, including previous roles in Jewish Community Centers and summer camps abroad.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Education from Emunah College, specializing in Group Facilitation and Content Creation, Shoshi believes in the power of informal education to inspire connection and understanding, using theatre and educational tools to foster meaningful dialogues within communities.

Shoshi lives with her husband, Harel, and daughter, Beeri, in Ovnat, on the western shore of the Dead Sea. She enjoys cooking and hiking, often exploring new trails and recipes in her spare time.
