Born and raised in Mexico City, Rebeka made Aliyah in 2021 with her husband, three daughters, and their dog.

After years being the Jewish Studies department principal at a prominent school in Mexico capital, and the coordinator of Yad Vashem Mexico's Chinuch office, Rebeka decided to change paths and continue to be a part of the Jewish world but in Israel.

She's now in charge for Masorti Olami's Latin American Desk and is responsible for the connection between the Masorti Movement around the world and the communities and organizations in the region. Rebeka provides professional support, knowledge, and experience to the Latin American communities, as well as the Masorti AmLat Board of Directors and the rest of the region on behalf of Masorti Olami.

Her vision of Judaism is that every jew has a place within Judaism, that although we do not always think the same way as others, we should always treat everyone as a brother or sister and respect their opinions and views on life. 

She lives in Ra'anana, in the Central District of Israel.
