Head of Latin America Desk & Graphic Designer
Ariela Rosemberg-Garbatzky was born in Bahia Blanca, Argentina. She grew up in the Masorti Movement and embracing her Jewish identity, made Aliyah to Israel at the age of 19, where she resides in Jerusalem with her family.
Ariela studied at Hebrew University and the Hadassah College. She has worked in the Jewish world and in informal Jewish education at Melitz (Centers for Jewish and Zionist Education) and at the CLAIMS Conference.
Ariela is responsible for Masorti Olami’s AmLat (South American) Desk. Ariela’s vision is to connect as many Jews as possible from the Spanish speaking world to the people of Israel and the State of Israel. In addition, Ariela is the Graphic Designer for Masorti Olami.
She met Ariel from Rosario, Argentina in Israel and got married. Ariela and Ariel have four children: Tomer, Chen, Tali and Shir, and they live in Jerusalem. Jerusalem holds a very special place in Ariela’s heart and she can’t imagine living anywhere else.
