It is with great excitement that the Organisers of MASORTI SCOTLAND annouce that they have secured an initial lease of a very beautiful,and large room atGarnethill Synagogue in Glasgow, Scotland. They will use the ESTERSON Room in the synagogue for their services.
It is with great excitement that the Organisers of MASORTI SCOTLAND annouce that they have secured an initial lease of a very beautiful,and large room at Garnethill Synagogue in Glasgow, Scotland. They will use the ESTERSON Room in the synagogue for their services.

GarnethillThey will also have use of an office and share Kiddushim with the Garnethill congregation. Warren Bader, Community Director told us, “This is truely a unique opportunity for Masorti Scotland to grasp and will allow our small but growing community to continue to progress.”

Garnethill congregation have kindly allowed use of their Sifrei Torah too, which will make planning the services more convenient.

Pictured right is the Garnethill Synagogue, the oldest synagogue in Scotland – designed by John McLeod and Nathan Joseph, it was built in 1879-81 with an exterior of  the Romanesque revival style.
