Director of NOAM Olami & Projects Coordinator - Maternity Leave Replacement

Masorti Olami, a Jerusalem-based international non-profit organization that supports and strengthens Masorti/Conservative communities around the world, is looking for a Director of NOAM Olami and Projects Coordinator as maternity leave replacement.

Full-time temporary position (replacement for approximately six months)

Responsibilities:

• Management of the global network of the NOAM Olami Youth Movement
• Budget management
• Ongoing contact with branches of Masorti/Conservative youth movement around the world – including support and guidance
• Developing and organizing projects and conferences in Israel and abroad
• Travel abroad as needed
• Collaboration with other partner organizations inside and outside the Masorti/Conservative movement
• Development and coordination of educational and ideological projects for Masorti Olami

Requirements:

• Identification with the values of the Masorti/Conservative movement
• Experience in management and coordination of projects
• Experience in working with youth movements in Israel and abroad
• English and Hebrew at mother tongue level - a must
• Additional languages - an advantage
• NOAM Alumni – an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a systemic and flexible approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Creativity

משרה זמנית בהיקף מלא (החלפה לכ-6 חודשים)

התפקיד כולל:

• ניהול הרשת העולמית של תנועת הנוער נוע"ם
• ניהול תקציבים
• קשר רציף עם סניפי תנועות הנוער המסורתיות בעולם – לרבות ליווי ויעוץ
• הפקה של פרויקטים וכנסים משותפים בארץ ובחו"ל
• נסיעות לחו"ל על פי הצורך
• שיתוף פעולה עם ארגונים אחרים בתוך ומחוץ לתנועה
• יצירה וניהול פרויקטים חינוכיים ואידאולוגים של מסורתי עולמי
• עבודה עם ארגונים שותפים

דרישות:

• ניסיון בניהול וריכוז פרויקטים
• הזדהות עם ערכי התנועה המסורתית
• ניסיון בעבודה עם תנועות נוער בארץ ובחו"ל
• אנגלית ועברית ברמת שפת אם - שפות נוספות יתרון
• בוגר/ת נוע"ם – יתרון
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות, ראייה מערכתית וגמישות תפקודית
• כישורים בינאישיים מעולים
