Founded in 2002, the Masorti (Conservative) community in Prague welcomes all visitors, tourists and students studying in Prague to all of our religious and educational activities, from attending weekly services to participating in classes offering general Jewish education as well as preparation for conversion to Judaism. We also provide information on Prague Jewish sights, the availability of tours, recommendations concerning Prague Shabbat accommodation and the availability of kosher food and recommended kosher restaurants in Prague. Masorti Czech Republic is a member of the international organisation of Masorti (Conservative) communities, Masorti Olami. Rabbi Ron Hoffberg received his rabbinical ordination from the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York and has been working in Prague since 2001.
