We are excited to introduce Gaby Glazman as our new Director of our Latin American (AmLat) Desk at Masorti Olami.

Born in Argentina, Gaby made Aliyah in her teenage years. Graduate in Political Science and International Relations from Tel Aviv University, she also has diplomas in Consulting and organizational management, Human Resources and Ontological Coaching.

Passionate about the Jewish world and leadership development, Gaby has previously served as Director of Operations for Latin America, representing both the Jewish Agency for Israel and the Ministry of Strategic Affairs and Public Diplomacy.

Director of our AmLat Desk, besides being in charge of the connection between the Masorti/Conservative Movement around the world and the communities and organizations in AmLat, Gaby will also provide professional support, knowledge, and experience to the communities, as well as the Masorti AmLat Board of Directors and the rest of the region on behalf of Masorti Olami.
