Masorti Olami and Masorti Europe are excited to introduce our new Masorti Europe Coordinator, Carmen McPherson.

From Scotland, Carmen holds a Bachelor of Laws (with honors) and has a master's degree in Creative Writing. She has worked across the Jewish sector in developing community relations, advising on strategic outcomes, as legal advisor, and in policy making.

As coordinator of Masorti Europe, she will coordinate and develop activities of the Masorti Movement on the continent, working together with the lay leadership of Masorti Europe and our professional team based in Jerusalem. In her new role, Carmen will help facilitate support for established and new communities by fostering inter-community and inter-country activities across Europe.

About starting this new role, she shared: "I am delighted to take on the role of Masorti Europe Coordinator and look forward to working with everyone. I am deeply committed to developing our communities, and in these unprecedented times joining with them to see Masorti Judaism strengthen and grow as we continue in our regional and international collaboration."
